About A Safer Rental
We do not discrimination. We are looking for someone who will take really good care of our house. The house is in good shape and we do not want the house to be damaged.
There are lots of steps in the house including basement steps, back porch, side porch and front porch steps. It may be hard for some people to manage all the stairs.
The house has a small septic tank so it can only be rented to 1-3 people to keep from having problems with the septic system.
The house has a large yard so the person(s) that we rent the house to will need to have a lawn mower and yard tools to maintain the yard or hire someone to cut the grass, trim the shrubby and edge.
Please note that the house is NO Smoking and No Pets.
You will need to purchase renters insurance.
