  350° 30 minutes Sweet Potato Casserole With Maple Pecan Topping
  • 3/4 cup pecans
  • 3.3 pounds sweet potato
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1 graham cracker pie crust or 1 oreo pie crust or bake your own:

      Chocolate Chess Pie
  • 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
  • 5 TBSP cocoa powder
  • 2 TBSP all-purpose flour
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄2 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1⁄3 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
